Ruth Sisters Fellowship International Institute The Ruth Sisters Institute is held in partnership with CICA International University and Seminary, offering certificate courses in Gender Character Education, Esther Diplomatic Model Training, and Women in the Bible Series. The curriculum includes Gender Character development, Esther Diplomatic Model Education for right communication and conduct, comprehensive Women in the Bible studies, and Gender Recognition programs. Graduates receive certificates recognized by our partnering institutions.
